We ran a deliverability recovery program for Revenue.ai after inbox placement degraded across major mailbox providers. This was primarily a technical problem set: authentication and alignment were failing in ways that mailbox providers penalize quickly.
We fixed Microsoft 365 internal DKIM issues, ensured DMARC could pass (alignment and policy), and validated authentication end-to-end before continuing with any sending strategy changes.
After remediation, inbox placement rebounded across major ISPs (see the Before vs After table below), and delivery stabilized so future optimizations could build on a clean technical foundation.
Before vs After Inbox Placement
Major ISP placement results from deliverability testing. Gmail is shown first; add/adjust the baseline values as needed.
| ISP | Before (Inbox) | After (Inbox) |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail | 0% | 100.00% |
| Outlook.com | 0% | 100.00% |
| Hotmail.com | 0% | 100.00% |
| Yahoo.com | 0% | 80.00% |
| Aol.com | 0% | 66.67% |
